Or CPR Form 4457 at no charge.
When importing a bear, hunters must comply with the US Fish and Wildlife Service regulations by completing Form 3-177. This exportation is strictly permitted for the hunter who must attach their hunting license to the cooler that will contain the bear. The cooler must be clearly labeled with the hunter's name, address, and license information, as well as details regarding its contents.
